Terms & Conditions of Hire

Bookings

Upon receipt of a completed booking enquiry form, you will be sent a provisional confirmation of availability and the dates that the deposit & balance are required. All persons and pets you wish to bring must be entered on the booking form. NO FURTHER INVOICES OR REMINDERS WILL BE SENT.

Deposit

A deposit of £50 per week by bank transfer is due within 48 hours from receipt of provisional confirmation. If this is not received by this date, we reserve the right to re-advertise the dates. The deposit is a booking fee and non-refundable in all cases.

Balance

The balance of payment for your holiday must be received by Belle Aire Premier Chalets not less than 56 days before commencement of your holiday. Failure to make the balance payment by this date is deemed as cancellation of the holiday.

Should the booking be made within 56 days of the start date, full payment will be required on of receipt of provisional booking confirmation.

Arrival

The chalet will be available from 3pm on day of arrival. Please contact us 15 minutes before arrival and you will be met at the chalet to collect the keys and answer any questions you may have.

Security Deposit

In addition to the booking deposit there is also a refundable £50 security deposit. This is to be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded to you after we have checked the chalet when you hand back the keys. This security deposit will be refunded in full, on condition that the chalet is left in the condition you received it in, and there is no damage, breakages, lost keys, soiled beds or bed linen etc.

Electricity

Electricity is by meter card which available to be purchased at the onsite shop & Club BelleAire.

Departure

Check-out for the chalet is 10am on the day of departure. You will be met at the chalet for a personal check-out and collection of the keys. If you need to vacate the chalet prior to this, please contact us and we will meet you at the chalet as soon as possible. Please be aware that if you are late booking out you will incur an extra charge of £20 per hour or part thereof.

You will be held responsible to make good or pay for the loss of breakages or damages to the chalet and all its contents.

You will be responsible for the security of the chalet during your holiday until you have been checked out of the chalet by us.

Remember if extra work, cleaning or repairs are required to your chalet it could jeopardize the return of your security deposit.

Lost keys

Lost or mislaid keys will incur a £40 charge, this charge will be collected at the time a new key is issued and includes the cost of a call out.

Cleaning

The chalet should be left in a clean & tidy condition with all rubbish removed from the chalet and deposited in the refuge bins situated on Belle Aire Holiday Park

Right to refuse admission

Belle Aire Premier Chalets reserve the right to refuse admission to

  1. Any person including children not named on the booking form.
  2. Any person who in the opinion of Belle Aire Premier Chalets are not suitable persons to take charge of the chalet.

In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies paid will be refunded.

Site Owners Rights

The site owner (Belle Aire Holiday Park) also has the right to ask any person or holiday maker to leave the site if they consider their behaviour is not acceptable.

In these circumstances no refund of holiday monies will be refunded by either Belle Aire Premier Chalets or Belle Aire Holiday Park.

Changes by Belle Aire Premier Chalets

In the unlikely event that your booked accommodation should become unavailable for any reason Belle Aire Premier Chalets will offer you alternative accommodation if this is available. Should a suitable alternative not be available, the Belle Aire Premier Chalets will refund all monies paid to it. Belle Aire Premier Chalets will not be liable for any additional expenses or consequential fees incurred or suffered by you.

Changes by You.

After the booking has been confirmed by Belle Aire Premier Chalets should you change the week(s) booked this will be deemed to be a cancellation of your booked accommodation. Cancellation provisions will apply.

Liability of Belle Aire Premier Chalets

Belle Aire Premier Chalets shall not be liable for the death of, or injury to any person (except as prohibited by law) nor for any loss or damage to personal property of any person on holiday or visiting any accommodation booked through Belle Aire Premier Chalets.

It is recommended by Belle Aire Premier Chalets that you take out holiday insurance to cover any loss or injury you may sustain whilst on holiday.

Cancellations

Your booking of a holiday chalet with Belle Aire Premier Chalets is a legal contract. If you cancel your holiday more than 42 days prior to the arrival date for the start of your holiday only your deposit will be lost. However, if you cancel your holiday 42 days or less from your start date the full balance will be due and no refunds of any monies paid will be made. Cancellations will be deemed to have been made when acknowledged by Belle Aire Premier Chalets.

Young/Single Sex Parties

Bookings for all male or female parties and those comprising of people under 21 years of age will not be accepted unless by prior special arrangement.

Smoking

The chalet is strictly NON SMOKING although you may smoke outside the chalet.

Pets

One medium/large or two small well behaved dogs are permitted, excluding any dogs of a dangerous breed (Japanese Akita, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Rottwellers, Pitbull Terriers, Japanese Tosas, Wolfhound hybrids or any cross bred dogs from these breeds). All dogs must always abide by site rules and be kept on leads .

Car Parking

Car parking is available free of charge on the Belle Aire Holiday Park and is at the risk of the owners of the vehicle.

On Site Facilities

The facilities at Bell Aire Holiday Park including but not limited to the Club are not run by Belle Aire Premier Chalets. Belle Aire Premier Chalets can not be held responsible if any are not available during your holiday period for any reason.
